Your apprenticeship – The program runs for three years but can be shortened to two and a half years with strong performance. The theoretical part is taught part-time, with two school days per week at the Ludwig-Ehrhard-Schule in Frankfurt. There, you’ll deepen your industry-specific knowledge and expand your practical skills. During your hands-on training, you’ll rotate through all areas of the dialog marketing business, preparing you to handle any type of client interaction and project with confidence.

Your apprenticeship will also include operational and administrative responsibilities within our young, motivated, and successful team. In addition to a fair apprenticeship salary, we offer an attractive performance-based bonus system.
